You do include the Chan images, of course, which is why the link in the Template Defence shows you what it looks like.

Read the NEWBIES thread second post red capitals section 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' so you know what to expect and when exhibits get sent.

As this is a defence, you cannot attach exhibits to it. There is a files size limit of 25Mb. So, you don't want hi-res images in a PDF document to take it over the files size limit. Ok so what did Ldast mean saying “as this is defence , you cannot attach exhibits to it” when I asked about those pics? I assumed those pics by hharry case are part of the defence and need to be included.

They are not exhibits.  Not evidence.

But obviously you include them otherwise we wouldn't show people that version.

So preparing defence now. 

I copy all paragraphs from hharry with pics and edit as follows. 

Paragraph no 4 
- I add “and driver” after the word keeper. 

That’s all here?

Paragraph no 5 
- I write my defence in 3rd person without any details or exhibits :

“The defendant admits to be parking at Gallagher Shopping Park on 24/11/2023. The defendant arrived there to return some shopping to one of the retail stores located at the park. 

The defendant denies the car was not parked correctly within the bay.” 

Would this be good enough for now ? 

- Then I copy all following paragraphs from Defence template and change all paragraphs numbers adequately to match with hharry defence template numbering. 

Please correct me if I’m wrong somewhere here.

The images of the CEL v Chan transcript are "embedded" as images (JPG) in the PDF document. They are not printed separately and "attached" or included.
