The parking company, Group Nexus, are definitely not the landowner, so no assumptions please

Group nexus are the parking company, contracted by the managing agent on behalf of the landowner

Post 4 of the Newbies thread.  My signature tells everyone how to get there in 2 clicks.

Yes the keeper uses the transfer of liability slip on the first NTK, giving your name and postal address as the driver.
Thanks so much - I’m on it now 😀

    Hello again
apologies for long reply but after going round and round i still haven’t had anything from the landowner
husband wrote to say I was the driver but have had nothing back from Group Nexus either Just loads of debt collector letters
He tried again to call GN and they just said put it in writing which he did and still everything is coming in his name and it’s like speaking to a brick wall
today he got the court claim forms from Civil National Business Centre say they were preparing a court case with the option to pay (an amount of £302 and accept the fine or to disagree and proceed  with the case
    Its still in his name
despite numerous letters and emails (some recorded post )
he’s not happy but now is worried about a CCJ against him
Any advice as to where to go from here
I’m angry as I think the ticket shouldn’t have been issued in the first place but as still it’s not changed to my name I can’t do anything about it
I think they have had information right from the start it was me driving and they had the copy of my disabled badge on the very first response to original ticket so If it was in my name then I’d go and argue the toss in court but he’s worried about a CCJ against him as is self employed

I want to thank you all (esp  Coupon mad and Gp1pr ) for all the time and trouble taken to help me with this hassle
you’re amazing and I am in your debt

But there's no CCJ risk if he defends.

Easy.  And this is when he wins.

    Errr...and there is no fine!

Show us the claim form but cover the Claim Number, MCOL Password, his data, the QR Code and his VRM.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
