I would suggest that they could be the managing agent for the property, not the landowners2

Did you not use the webform I linked you to for the Morrisons assistance? No one told you to "email" Morrisons. The webform is specifically for Morrisons customers who receive a PCN from these scammers to get it cancelled. Ay other way of contacting them is unlikely to work.knightstyle said:Well as expected Morrisons say nothing to do with them

Yes, I did use the form thanks and they replied by email saying they could not help.
If they are the managing agents should i contact them again and tell/ask them to contact the owners ? problem is all the land registry and tax info lists them.1 -
Morrisons are not Managing Agents but that other firm might be. Complain to them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why do you think anyone is interested in letters from a debt collector?3
-
Well my wife submitted an appeal based on the one in the newbies thread and now we have received this.
Should we now wait or do we need to do something?

Doesn't make sense
Has a court claim been filed with the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL. ? Yes or No. ?
Has the defendant filed a defence. ? Yes or No. ? ( Notice that I said DEFENCE, not appeal. )2 -
Yes to both, it was my wife who did it so I don`t have all the details. I'll try to dig out more.
Just worried we need to do more at this stage and see the court will be near the claimant!0 -
Your wife needs to follow the 12 steps in the template defence sticky thread in announcements, receiving the N180 from the Claimant is explained in the 12 steps, including the next step for the defendant3
