Hello, me too with Abbey Wealth for my pension fund « transfer » out of the UK avoiding QROPS. Since last June, I am asking them to invest my money and transfer another part. Nothing! Just emails (when I am lucky) and NOTHING DONE. 6 months of struggle with them. I wonder if they still exist since the beginning of 2025.

Abbey Wealth has become a total shambles and I agree with the comments citing those very dubious, as in totally false, five star reviews. donstonh suggests that overseas clients can still use their Dublin office - not in my experience.
