Hello, me too with Abbey Wealth for my pension fund « transfer » out of the UK avoiding QROPS. Since last June, I am asking them to invest my money and transfer another part. Nothing! Just emails (when I am lucky) and NOTHING DONE. 6 months of struggle with them. I wonder if they still exist since the beginning of 2025.Guildfordmover said:I have been with Abbey Wealth for a while now and getting no luck contacting them or getting hold of my advisor. Anyone else having any issues?0 -
Abbey Wealth has become a total shambles and I agree with the comments citing those very dubious, as in totally false, five star reviews. donstonh suggests that overseas clients can still use their Dublin office - not in my experience.0

Similar problems to the above. I'm now seeking a review of my QROPS and change of advisors.

Latest information for anyone interested:
Abbey Wealth are soon to cease trading as an entity and are proposing to port their existing client base to a new Company - Abbey Global that is the trading name of Analytiq Consulting Limited registered in Cyprus. It is unclear as to the current licenced status of Abbey Wealth.
It has been suggested that one of the reasons they have been unable to service client needs is because they had surrendered their licence/s, hence they were/are no longer authorised to action many of the normal servicing requirements of a wealth/financial advisor.
I have been advised that at least two of the 'senior' associates of Abbey Wealth will continue operating with the new Company. It gives little hope of a transformation in their service levels unfortunately.
To date, Abbey Wealth have not issued a written communication formally advising clients of the cessation of trading, so I fear many will be unaware of the situation.

Having done a little 'digging', I've just confirmed that Vespa Ingrid France (Wife of Victor France - CEO of Abbey Wealth) is one of the three Directors listed for Analytiq Consulting Limited.
