Social tariff for those on ADP

Do any of the major companies have plans to accept those entitled to Adult Disability Payment for their social tariff deals? If not, why not?

Probably because ADP is only available in Scotland.
The English equivalent of this is Disability Living Allowance which has been replaced by PIP / Personal Independence Payment.

There are providers that will take ADP as a recognised benefit.  On the back of a quick Google Vodafone, Kcom and Hyperoptic.
