No worries, I'm glad you found it useful.

If you'd like to discuss your complaint further I'd suggest creating a new thread though as your HSBC complaint would probably be better served on its own thread. I know such threads have been useful and also popular before and I'm sure there'd be plenty on here who could offer you good advice.

I've some exciting news, I'm handing this thread over to @danny13579. I've taken this decision because whilst I've enjoyed creating this thread and keeping it up to date these last couple of years, I no longer follow switching offers as closely as I used to and would like to reduce my forum commitments slightly. The other reason is I think @danny13579 shall do a splendid job maintaining this thread.

We have agreed that @danny13579 shall launch a new version of this thread shortly, I would ask you to all to support any changes made as the thread moves onto the next phase of its existence.

I'll ask the forum team to update the sticky for the Budgeting & Bank accounts board when the new thread is live to reflect this.
