Alternative to sky q

Using sky q just to watch premier league. I want to ditch it, what’s the alternative bt tv or now tv. Have cancelled premier league so will not be using Q during that period. There is an older person in the house who is used to sky q just for watching and will find it hard if we switch. I was thinking of something with no box. Am not sure how NOW TV works do you need a smart TV to be able to use? The elderly person only watches premier league Thanks
