There are hardly any cars that come with spare wheel as standard, however you can order it as option on some or buy it separately. I'm afraid, you will have to do some research on chosen models.

I have got myself out of trouble a couple of times with a "Dog Turd" kit.

They are wavy strips of rubber (Turds) that you double up and insert in the hole left by a nail or screw.
When you pull the insertion tool out, the "turd" bungs up the hole.

They are in no way a permanent fix like a proper tyre patch/plug and I would drive on it just as I would a space saver until I got the tyre repaired with a patch/plug or replaced altogether.

Unlike a patch/plug you can fit them close to the edge of the tread to get you out of trouble.

You can actually bung a tyre on the car/bike, so no need to jack up the car and remove the wheel if you can find the nail/screw.
With a bit of confidence you can use the kit and perform an emergency repair in a few minutes.

I driven cars with run-flat tyres for the last few years.  It's a harder ride as they are stiffer, they also cost a little more.  However in the event of a puncture you can drive safely so long as you do not exceed 50mph.  Gets you to the nearest tyre fitter.
And when you get there you have to buy 2 new tyres not just one !!!

    Why 2?

They make you buy another runflat, as they always wave their hands in the air and say "You ran on it when it was flat? That has wrecked the tyre and we can't repair it!", but what is the second one for?
Maybe so you can put a pair of non run flat tyres on there. Save you from the god awful ride and significantly reduce the risk of damaged rims (Buckled or cracked) that comes from run flats.

Outside of lease cars where you have to run them due to your contract, many people get rid of the run flats as soon as they can.
