Buyer wants to return item .. pattern is upside down

    Good eBay removed the feedback - hopefully the buyer will see its been removed too!

    Whilst the OP did the right thing, the buyer has been inconvenienced by the error, so they've got to go through the process of searching & bidding again.
    So I wouldn't be slinging insults at them.

    It's not as if it didn't match the description, they saw the photos and still bought the item.  They didn't even have to go to the effort of returning it for the refund.  OP has more than made them whole, they now have the item as well as the money they originally paid.  What more do they want??
