Impossible to understand Billing! Shell Energy Broadband

Just sent this to Shell: "How on earth is an ordinary person supposed to reconcile this with the £1.50 per month increase? Please can you explain in 'Plain English', so that someone with basic Maths, not a Maths Degree, can understand!"
I think the answer is that the increase is for 1 1/2 months = £2.25, but their billing really is incomprehensible!

It's the way they lay out their bills I'm complaining about! For instance, 'Loyalty Discount' suddenly appears on the latest bill, not something shown on the previous one.400ixl said:Looks like Shell are actually applying it to your final bill price. 6% of £24.99 is £1.50 (or close enough).
No need to be a math expert for that one.0
