Monday was my last day of paying into account. 1 year fixed bond.0

Well it's not classed as a working day.
Maybe ring bank & ask if paying now will see it as being classed as paid in time.Life in the slow lane1 -
If you make the payment now (after banking hours and with Monday being a bank holiday) it be dated Tuesday as there will be no transactions dated Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Which bank is it ? With some, payments in are instant or within a few hours. Some process payments over the weekend and some don't.
You won't get an extension on the 14 day limit due to the bank holiday so you'll only be out of luck if the bank you've chosen doesn't process payments until the 'next working day'.1 -
There's not much you can do about it either way. If it lands, it lands. If not then you can always open another fixed account.1

NatWest don't work 'at the weekend'. Who do you bank with?#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661

I wouldn't leave it until the last minute though - if you make a payment now, it should be fine - at least in my experience. You should get a confirmation email fairly quickly although on one occasion this did take a while to arrive.
If you're on Hodge's banking website at the time you make the deposit, I found you need to log out and back in again to see the processed payment and new balance.0
