What do I say in regards to the IPC comment?Coupon-mad said:It is embarrassing to read the stuff their staff write.
any idea what the regulations are in terms of being able to pay, I paid and displayed at the machine with cash but their t&c’s state you can only pay for vans via online app, surely they can’t refuse cash or need to have signage next to the pay & display machine?0 -
You don't need to reply. Stop taking these idiots so seriously!

Its true, any correspondence should be including the IPC CoP, nothing to do with the BPA, you were told this a few weeks ago when you told us the name of the parking company
There are no regulations, its currently an unregulated industry
Perhaps you should study the IPC CoP that was in force at the time in 2019 ( so not the current one. )

But don't spend any time on it. The IPC CoP is not a form of regulation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They wrote to you , you replied, job done for now
You are now awaiting a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton, if their client decides to take it further
Court is where this is decided, so as mentioned above, stop dissecting it, wait for any further developments, but get your facts right please1
