I think it's all been said here to help you decide, but I will repeat what others have said - if you need customer services, it's shambolic and any complaint is met with such a delay and mind numbing double speak that you lose the will to live.

And as another forum member says , when it works it's pretty good and fast.

If you went for 18months, then no doubt there could be Openreach/Sky by then and you can play them off - it's hard when it's just Virgin with fibre in your street
