Navigating from Forums to Main Site

I find that I can navigate from the Main MSE site https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ to the forums, via a link right at the top to the right of martin's image.

When I am in the forums though I can't see an equivalent link to move to the main site.
Is it me, or has the site now been designed this way?

Hi @LHW99  - from the forum (or any page on MSE) clicking on the site logo and/or Martin's photo will take you to the main moneysavingexpert.com homepage.

Hi @MSE_James . Thanks for that.
However there is no image of martin on the forum pages when I use it, and clicking the black rectangle with "MSE Forum" it gets me to the forumn home page, with the same top bar:

Is this because I have killed the annoying "Quick Links" as was being discussed on p.102 et seq of the "Welcome to the new Forum look – give us your feedback"?
If so, I prefer to live with the difficulty of going direct from the forum to the main site, rather than enabling the Quick links! :)

Yes, if you're using an ad/content blocker to manipulate the menus that's probably the issue.

We do have an alternative way of hiding the Quick Links menu on a per-device basis which wouldn't involve losing the overall MSE site navigation:

Thanks @MSE_James, but your link is the method I'm using.
I tried an ad-blocker, but couldn't get it to work, so deleted it.

What happens if you scroll further up the page? If you scroll higher, then the main site navigation should appear above the teal forum navigation that's visible in your screenshot.

That's odd - what browser and operating system are you using?  Are you sure you don't have any content-blocking plugins in use?

Firefox 115.10 browser on WIN7. I have a couple of plugins, but they are set to allow MSE site, and there is no change when they are switched off.
