My last post on this ..... the consumer can accept or request a repair instead of a refund.

But it's their (your) choice.

My posts have related to what the OP is entitled to in relation to the faulty Henry. To summarise - a refund.

We have had a Henry for 2 yrs and he is very good, except for the standard carpet/floor attachment, which is quite hard to use on our carpets on full power. (maybe designed for very short pile office carpets?)

They do have an 'aero' alternative which I believe is over £30 but looks better for domestic use. Maybe you could get this head cheaper as part of the overall package?
