Sky Stream Netflix TV increase in charges

I signed up to Sky Stream/Netflix for £19 p/m at end of November on 18 month contract. I have just seen they are now charging me £21 per month. Is this correct/can they do this?

    Yes because every year Sky have a price increase in April.
