Unless you get something in writing, ignore it, as its impossible to verify who sent it.

Resolvecall are just a collection agent, and usually act for one of the big debt purchasing companies listed by fatbelly, the fact they don`t mention who their client is suggests this is a scam text.

If its genuine they will write to you, post back if that happens, till then ignore it.

Update.
I had a letter so we contacted them. We called as there was no address on their correspondence. They are acting on behalf of a company who we have already contacted by letter several times (a couple of years ago), as did our solicitor. Resolve asked some very intrusive health questions which I did not answer, and politely told them it was not their business. They say they have now closed off the account.
