 Is it the case that if we sell the property with the names of the deceased still on the deeds / Land Registry (my late Father and Mother) that it is the Estate selling it, rather than the Beneficiaries (my Brother and I)?
 There's a difference between the Capital Gains liability (Estate vs Beneficiaries making the sale) so it's worth getting things updated if that's correct?
