Problems with a single email address bouncing back

What is YOUR email address (you don't have to give it here). I have had this in the past with my domain name address being rejected by Virgin. I would say 100% this is a SPF (server policy framework) error and your sending domain has not, or has incorrectly set up, its SPF record. If you are working from home and your email is set up for sending from your work location it will not have your home internet set up as a valid sending location.
Sorry this is technical. After setting up SPF (and DMARC) on my domain I have had no more failures with Virgin.0 -

I was thinking about this earlier and I agree with the comments that my email is being rejected as it occurred to me that a couple of weeks ago I was sent an urgent email for immediate attention whilst I was out and about. I was on my phone using 4G and my response also bounced back then, I switched to a local internet and it still bounced back.
As it stands at the moment I have sent an email to a different department who have nothing to do with my work (I apologised for bother them), strangely enough though the format of their email is the same- it's only the first bit that's different. They acknowledged my email and said they would forward the entire thing, with the rejected information through to the department I needed. I've had nothing back so all I can do is wait to see if they bother responding. I also spoke to tech at Virgin who have said they will see if anything can be done, and get back to me as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Please can you post the next couple of lines of the header (as requested on the last page) so that we can give you a complete answer as to why the IP is blocked.0

Hopefully anonymised again. Virgin are saying as we suspected that it is the recipient that is blocking me - and reading the bits I understand in the code it looks like it is because my ISP or IP or something has been flagged as spam.
Hopefully work will be able to actually do something about it - but at the moment it is complete radio silence from them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Interesting. Are you able to use an email app on your mobile phone after disabling WiFi on the mobi and send an email to 'recipient email address' using your virgin.net email account?

My money is on your company's IT system just assuming that any email that has the word 'virgin' anywhere in it is !!!!!! spam.
Rather than faffing about with email headers, just get yourself a gmail account and send it with that. In fact, don't use an ISP email account at all.
Thunderbird has a unified inbox so you can easily pick up messages from either account.0 -

All I can do now is wait to see if they come back to me about ‘allowing’ my email address as they promised when I finally got a message to them via a different department.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
