This is the important information that your work IT department will need. It shouldn't be pages though.

Virgin are going to get back to me in a few days if they can think of a solution and work are going to see if they can set up a proper 'allow' for my emails.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You need to use "Forward as Attachment" to prevent the forwarded email looking like a forgery.
Are you sure the address is correct and still a valid account? It could be that the ones getting through are the aberration.
Did the email genuinely "bounce"? This has a specific meaning in email which most people don't understand. A bounce occurs when the recipient server accept an email and then doesn't deliver it. It most cases email is rejected instead. For a bounce the DSN (error message email) is generated by the recipient server instead of the sending server. If you see something like mailer-daemon@virgin.net it's not a bounce If this were an ordinary rejection, it's very unlikely to be the result of spam filtering.0 -

I get the email returned with the heading 'mail delivery failed, return to sender'. then the body of the email starts with the following (I think I have anonymised it- please let me know if I have left anything identifiable in it.)host prefilter.emailsecurity.trendmicro.eu [xxx.xx.xxx.xxx] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<recipient email address>: 554 5.7.1 <recipient email address t>: Recipient address rejected: ERS-QIL.

The Trendmicro Email Reputation Services (ERS) is rejecting the incoming email because the IP address of the sending email server (NOT your home PC) is in the Quick Information List (QIL) as being a source of spam email.2 -
