Is it just the ebay one? The others seem ok, but then I don't really fully understand what I'm looking at!  :s

Just remove that one.  I only skim-read but your appeal will definitely win at POPLA, as long as you have not implied who was driving. Submit it as a PDF under 'other'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don't know why all the waffle about PoFA is in there. MET are not relying on PoFA because they know they can't. As they are not and cannot rely on PoFA, then only the driver can be liable for the charge. As you are appealing as the keeper and they do not know the identity of the driver, they must cancel the PCN. You are not obliged to identify the driver and they are not allowed to assume or infer that you were the driver.

No need to go on about para 9 etc. Not relying on PoFA because they know they can't because the land is under statutory control. Endof.

Just to say thank you. I received this email today:

The operator has contacted us and told us that they have withdrawn your appeal.

If you have already paid your parking charge, this is the reason your appeal will have been withdrawn. Unfortunately, you cannot pay your parking charge and appeal, which means that POPLA’s involvement in your appeal has ended. You will not be able to request a refund of the amount paid in order to resubmit your appeal to us.

If you have not paid your parking charge, the operator has reviewed your appeal and chosen to cancel the parking charge. As the operator has withdrawn your appeal, POPLA’s involvement has now ended and you do not need to take any further action.

    Kind regards

    POPLA Team

Yay - as expected, but great news!

PLEASE PLEASE now do this (urgent):

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6528490/official-dluhc-paid-research-have-you-ever-appealed-a-parking-charge-notice/p1

The researchers need to talk to people who tried POPLA or the IAS as they want to talk about what the new Government appeals portal & service should look like.

    PLEASE take part now!
