Cash ISA Transfer from Charter Savings Bank to Lloyds

Morning, 

Looking at transferring a maturing Cash ISA from Charter Savings Bank to Lloyds, but having an issue locating the Charter Savings Bank sort code & account number.

I've also tried Lloyds other option of just selecting the roll number to Lloyds but even trying to do that, Charter Savings Bank is not an option from Lloyds drop down box. 

Anyone managed to do this successfully & if so how?

According to FAQ on their website 
our Account Number: 83495248;
our Sort Code: 20-19-90 (we partner with Barclays Bank to provide this service);
payee: Charter Savings Bank;
reference: your 7 digit account number and surname.

Just to add - Charter Bank are listed as Charter Court Financial Services for verification purposes.

I transferred an ISA from Charter Savings Bank recently and I'm pretty sure I only needed to give my 10 character alphanumeric account number to the new provider - transfer went through OK.

Thanks for that, but just seeing if anyone has switched specifically to Lloyds from Charter Savings Bank, as I need to know the correct process.
