Does a CCJ matter to you if you live abroad?

Put in a complaint to HMCTS.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It does, as will be back in the UK in 2026. This was stated on the N180 form I originally submitted.

The solicitors of the parking company have emailed me today for payment.

I will put in the complaint to HMCTS. Do I have any other options?

The whole thing is ridiculous. Parking company are scammers, the court process and getting responses is ridiculous. It’s very frustrating feel like your are just bullied to make payment.

I think you have no option than to pay immediately (NOW) if the CCJ is less than 30 days ago then try to get compensation from HMCTS re the complaint.

The CCJ requests payment before 31 December 2024 however the letter has only been received 10th February 2025.

If I make payment now does I even clear the CCJ?

No, it won't because it is more than 30 days old.  The official register and your credit file will mark it "satisfied" if paid, so at this point you'll want to complain to the HMCTS and get the judgment set aside.
