Yes that was me on North Stand Chat!  I recall a Burgess Hill case. Don't you just love BHA's goal of the month for April (gotta laugh!).

I'm the lady on Shoreham beach in the programme linked by @ParkingMad

Yes. I laughed for ages when that goal was scored. My wife wasn't looking at the time, so I had to describe it to her and was just in fits of giggles. If only I'd known it was going to be goal of the month!

In todays post has arrived two letters from ZZPS, both dated 24 April, so only taken 6 days to get to me. I'm not sure it matters, but how do I know the dates are correct or when they were actually posted?

Anyway, they seem quite cross and the tone is fairly threatening.

Oh, and the "debt" they reckon is unpaid is £170, without any explanation of why they think they're entitled to the maximum additional costs noted on the PCN already?

    Filed and back on ignore!

    Usual ZZPS angry dross.

When the new DLUHC code of practice comes in, I believe it will require PPCs and DRAs processing such cases to prove (to an Assessor or to a conformity inspector, and presumably to others such as the consumer or their MP, when the letter was actually posted.

    Next installment received.

    A "disappointed" letter from ZZPS.

Apparently, if I don't respond in 14 days, it'll progress to GCTT Certificated Enforcement Agents.

Savour the fact that it costs these intellectually malnourished firms money to employ someone to stuff the envelopes and pay the postage. ZZPS and GCTT are the same company. Don't hold your breath for the next instalment from QDR solicitors which you can safely ignore too. It will be a fake LoC.

    I'm glad they are disappointed.

     :D

They will be even more so, when the new statutory Code gets past them and their ilk.
