Can't register MSE app on iphone 11

I have been a user of the MSE website user for well over a year now and today, decided to install the MSE app on my iPhone 11 (using latest iOS). However I can't enter the verification code that was send to my iPhone, as there is no keyboard pop-up. I've tried re-starting my phone with no joy have no issues with other apps. Any ideas please? Thanks

This is happening to me. Just downloaded the MSE app and unable to enter any details as no keyboard option0
