2 users in a 2 bed flat, will Zen Unlimited 1 be suitable?

We are out of contract on Virgin Media 125 mbps at the moment at £76 per month which includes anytime calls. Their retention team have offered me the same deal for £60 per month on an 18 month contract which I am not happy with since it also includes their right to increase prices during the contract. Obviously, going over to Zen unlimited fibre 1 will be a big drop in speed. Their advertised download speed is 31 mbps at £32 per month (we will be adding £6 for their calls package).
As per the title there are two of us, both use laptops and have mobile phones. The most intense things we do on the internet is probably both watching youtube/Rumble/Bitchute videos at the same time. I do occasionally run ProRealTimes charting package with live data from stockmarkets while my other half maybe watching videos as mentioned. Upload speed is irrelevant as rarely will either of us upload anything. Openreach reckon speeds in the street are 30-50 mbps, but I read somewhere that they will only guarantee 24 mbps? Zen want to replace the BT line we have into the flat as it has not been used for quite a few years now so understand this will be copper.
Can anyone kindly clarify our position so I can determine if this package will be suitable?

That will be plenty if youtube is the most intensive thing. Why get unlimited calls if you have mobiles?

Thanks for your reply Rob. Unlimited calls when we have mobile phones, good question!

Wow, I've just signed up for the VM 125 service from the MSE Unbundled tool at an equivalent £21 per month. Guess I'll be switching again in 18 months.1
