orange change of plan.
about 4 months ago, i changed my orange plan from 500 mins and a £500.00 text bundle (text bundle was about £18.00 a month) to a dolpin plan. (£35.00 for 500 mins and unlimited text).
I've only just had access to my statements as I havn't viewed them online before, (only get an invoice through the post).
I can see that i've still been paying for the text bundles even though I have unlimited texts.
Do you think there's a a chance I can get the money back from the text bundles, sorry for the ramble I can't believe i've been wasting all this money.
