Do I have to pay for my LPG tank removal after the end of my contract? I no longer use LPG.

If you had a contract with them then there is usually a charge of a few hundred pounds to remove the tank. I'm not sure what happens to the tank rental charge once you have requested removal. It ought to stop, in my opinion, but the LPG market is unregulated, so they can do pretty much as they like.
In my experience you'll be waiting a long time for uplift. My tank was disconnected last July and id still cluttering up the garden. Luckily, I inherited the tank with the house, so have never had a contract, so no rental charges are accruing.1
