M&S Sparks card - no offers since Christmas

Interesting, because I’ve noticed I’ve recently had more offers. I currently have 11, including up to 20% off clothing ‘basics’ of the kind I most often buy in M&S and 10% to 15% off ‘picnic’ food. This is clearly tailored because we tend to use their Food to Go on long journeys but don’t shop there for general groceries.

Hi my M&S credit card was scammed a couple of weeks ago.  Received a new card with different card details which I updated on my account but don't appear to be receiving any Sparks offers any more.
