M&S Sparks card - no offers since Christmas

Hi all I have just had an interesting conversation with a Customer service advisor at M&S. I have only had 1 offer on my Sparks card since Christmas. I am a regular user  and thought this a little odd. I call last week and the person said it was a big problem and someone would call me back within 72 hrs. No contact so I called again today and the young man told me that there were 100,000s or people in the same boat!!! and he could give me a timeline for resolution. These offers are usually really helpful discounts and it means we are missing out on significant benefits . Has anyone else had this feedback and is there anything more we should/could be doing rather than waiting and complaining

Same here.  I just get a message "no offers currently" and it's been like that for quite some time.

I have never had anything on my sparks worthwhile other than a free small bottle of liquor at Christmas. 

You ask if there is anything more can be done …. It’s a perk so if we all never get another one then we have no right to complain.

The last thing I got was 20% off frozen 2 weeks before Christmas.  I too asked about this and was told it would be fixed soon.  I also noticed the person in charge of Marksies was reviewing the Sparks scheme.  This interview was in January in one of the papers.  It does disapoint me as I enjoyed 15% off fish, meat etc.  Brought them in line with the other stores.  Glad I am not the only one.

I don't shop there often, but I've usually got a few offers in the app. Best one recently was 20% of shirts and 20% off trousers - which landed just as I needed some new work clothes. Happy days.

Right now I've got five coupons for 50p/£1/10% off various food hall items, all things I've bought before, but I probably won't use them as I either don't need them or even with the coupon the items are still cheaper elsewhere.

I get them very regularly, the most recent was one for 20% off all menswear, which expired at the end of April.

Prior to that I got a load of them, one for men's jackets, trousers, ties. One for summer shirts, one for jeans, one for hoodies (I wouldn't be seen dead in a hoodie so needless to say that one went unused!).

I only ever get ones for clothes, I've never received a food coupon or offer. Right now I don't have any, but I tend to put stuff in the basket and wait for a coupon to arrive before I buy anything.
