M&S Sparks card - no offers since Christmas

Been getting them on clothing & food, but every 2-3 weeks which is less than has been usual.0

Like others have suggested, I’ve not received anything either since before Christmas now.1

I stopped receiving Sparks offers after Christmas. Contacted Customer Service, who were helpful to start with, but now have completely changed their tune. I was told there was a technical issue and I would be receiving my offers within 3 weeks at the latest. Nothing happened. I contacted CS again and was told I had to wait up to 4 weeks. No change after that. Now they keep saying there's nothing they can do about the issue.
They recommended I keep scanning my Sparks card, which I have always been doing anyway, but I read somewhere that M&S use an algorithm to choose who to send the offers to and it makes no difference whether you use your card or not. This is the first time this has happened to me since the scheme started and it is very frustrating that nobody does anything!!2 -
If you are not getting offers, make sure your phone has updated to the latest version of the M&S app.
I hadn't had any offers for a while and hadn't realise mine wasn't set to update automatically. When I updated I immediately received some. I'm not saying this will work for everyone but it's worth checking.2 -
I haven’t received any offers since Christmas either so I rang M&S customer service this week, having only received a general automated type response to my email query. The lady I spoke to knew right away what I was talking about. She said that following a high volume of similar queries, they had spoken with the Sparks team and those impacted have been put into a control group. From a comment she made and my own assumptions, they’re testing the impact on purchase behaviour of those no longer receiving offers versus those we do and probably various other scenarios. She said she was sending to her manager who would send to the Sparks team to get me removed from the group. No further communication or offers received yet.2

I am the same no offers for at least 5months ! All my friends are getting offers. customer services don’t care !! Shame on Marks and spencers!1
