Wiggle Returns Post-Takeover

I recently ordered some items from Wiggle whilst they were still in administration. I returned one item using the information available on Wiggle’s website at that time and had to pay for delivery. I then had my item returned wit a note saying that the Fraser Group who’d taken on Wiggle did not have responsibility for any returns prior to the takeover, and to email the administrators regarding any return. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no reply over the last few weeks. Anyone got any advice on how to return the item and gain a refund, or whether there’s an issue about consumer rights here? I can’t use the product and so no point keeping it.
