All other signs were at the back of the car park and unlit (which I note, and which the Judge in today's hearing emphasised a number of times to the Claimant).
That will be your winning point, if the PPC fail to discontinue.  It will be a different Judge though, so never get complacent when prepping for hearings.

He also grilled them on their particulars of claim, namely that they didn't set out the breach at all.

On that note, I was wondering if anyone had a few case reference numbers involving Gladstones cases which were struck out due to CPR violations for my Schedule of Costs - I'd like to demonstrate that Gladstones know that they could lose the case due to faulty PoCs but continue to do so anyway (and replace the solicitors website that I was quoting earlier). I currently have one - K3GF9183 (8th Sep 23, Wakefield County Court). Thank you!

Surely some of the other cases in the judgments link (in the second post of the NEWBIES thread a-f exhibits list) also have claim numbers with 'GF' in the middle (that's Gladstones' roboclaim identifier).

Thank you, didn't realise they had their own identifier!

They'll likely be sending a local rent-an-hour legal rep.

Basic A4 sheet with itemised details:

Loss of earnings (max £95 per day), take wage slips to hearing

Time spent researching related laws and defending the claim @ the litigant-in-person rate of £19ph. Don't ask for (nor expect) too much. Judge might not award anything on this.

Stationery and printing costs (not often awarded).

Travel and (estimated) parking costs to/from the hearing.

To be submitted a few days before (and copy to Gladstones).

my journey has been unfortunate with the sad conclusion of not being successful at Wandsworth county court. Judge satisfied with claimant land of owner authority dated 2020 where as incident took place in 2022 - and satisfied with adequette signange even though it was obscurred when defendent arrived at the scene and area was covered with scaffolding. ordered to pay £212.  :'(

Silly of me not.knowimg enough rules and law before heading to court room. Mainly judge was lenient towards my position for stopping not parking thinking it was double yellow but when she checked pictures before giving judgment she switched side saying I was stopped at double red and should not have stopped even for a second on main highway. Which is contradictory as this wasn't a main highway secondly it was private property and public law or red route not applies here. Left court already thinking and googling that I should have defended it.. don't know my options.
