They have paid OP for the first month....

Two months in a row they have not paid OP as per their contract....
Payment being paid late is not acceptable

Hasn't been confirmed as being paid late though. Banks are still processing BACS runs for today.  Often well in the afternoon. 

Bacs don't run into afternoon, they're processed a few days earlier & money is paid at midnight. If they manually load payment into bank & pay by FP then that might be later in day
