    Hello and welcome.

    Which parking company?
    Which car park?

No letters before the letters from Gladstones?
If that's so, get her to check that her vehicle's Registration Document(V5c) has the keeper's correct name and address on it.

Have you and/or your granddaughter discovered the NEWBIES thread on this forum yet?
It has most, if not all, the answers you or she might need.

NO she did get the original from the garrick Building Car Park Liverpool, she was lost and pulled onto it to get her bearings , she used to live with us but moved elsewhere but did not change her V5C which still reflects our address. Any Advise would be appreciated

I strongly suggest that you provide us with more information, especially by answering the questions

The parking company have possibly contracted with Gladstone solicitors, to try to get the alleged debt paid

Gladstone's don't issue parking charges, parking companies do, Gladstone's are a legal firm doing what their client requires them to do

I beleive her stepfather told them that it was disproportional for 10 minutes and that she was lost in a city that she did not live in, unfortunatley she did not buy the ticket

That disproportionate argument died 9 years ago, in the Supreme court in London

Post redacted pictures of the latest letter so we can see what it says etc, pictures are much better than narrative or hearsay
