My DCA replies - Fiat/MINI/Honda/Toyota

So I’ve sent off several DCA template letters, and received (or not received) the following. Thought this post might help give an idea to others on what they may expect.
Emails all sent February 2024
MINI - no reply whatsoever
Fiat - no reply whatsoever
Fenton finance - replied no DCA
Toyota - had a confirmation of receipt of my email
Honda - initially said they couldn’t find anything, cars from 2005 & 2006, then I realised it was in my name not my wife so re-sent with my details, replied with:
‘ From the information provided, we believe there may have been a discretionary commission arrangement on your agreement(s) and as a result, you may be impacted by the Financial Conduct Authority investigation into historical motor finance commission arrangements.’
Not sure if I need to prod Toyota and Fiat again, any advice received with thanks?

Nothing is going on until after the FCA report is issued.

Stock holding answer. "may" is not the same as "was" or "was not".Mutz said:

However, we know from the FCA that the period being reviewed by the FCA is 6 April 2007 to 27 January 2021. Anything before 6th April 2007 will not have the ability to complain and the FOS will not consider the complaints either.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
