Just to add only item received is the NTK0

I thought so too, after checking dates and warnings, but we have not seen the signs so don't know the terms and conditions, and we are unlikely to ever see the landowner contract or authority with Waitrose or the landowner0

POFA NTK, I agree.
Get some pics of the signs inside but don't rush and don't bust a gut, as IPC 'appeals' are considered by MPs (and the public who've mistakenly tried IAS) as a biased farce.
Long term, you are safe to ignore this as long as you tell Bank Park if you move house, but that's common sense to ensure you see all letters and can be sure they aren't suing.
Even if they do, we win. And your signage pics will be evidence for you.
If the keeper wasn't driving and ONLY if the driver would be more robust at laughing at the bog standard 'scary' (NOT) £170 debt demands, NOW is the time for the keeper to use that transfer of liability option on the PCN.
The keeper has to do that. Not you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I, too, have recently received a notice similar to Evilfontster for parking in Waitrose, Burgess Hill. I am a volunteer and my passenger had a blue badge so we parked in a disabled space and displayed the badge. It turns out we should have registered the blue badge at the machine which is across the other side of the car park. Who knew! My notice is dated 30 September and payment is due within 14 days. I am deemed to have received it within 2 working days, i.e. 2 October - it was delivered on 8 October. Is it worth appealing. The fine is £60 going up to £100 if not paid within 14 days of issue. Is it worth appealing? Should I pay?0

Please start your own new thread and explain how you know this now:It turns out we should have registered the blue badge at the machine which is across the other side of the car park. Who knew! Can you show us a pic of the sign too, on your thread? Not here! This is thread hijacking.
