Listening to the recording again the actual terminology was " making them liable to the parking charge upon breach" rather than the former.

Okay thanks for notifying me of this. Is there anything i can use to dispute the POC? Is the wider witness statement and photos okay?

Can't recall what WS you've drafted. You are on page 4 now and we only spend a couple of minutes looking at each case. I haven't read anything on this page about your WS.

Just get the darn thing emailed to the local court and the solicitors tonight! No more days late. You do need to obviously point out in your WS that PEye have invented a PCN sum of £125 whereas the sign only mentioned £100 and there have been no debt recovery fees involved in the case.

If this is a PEye in-house claim?

Why does your thread title say 'LPC Law (isn't that just the third party rep who will attend the hearing? Nothing to do with the claim).

The claim is in house with parking eye correct. Apologises for the rookie mistakes here team!

You put the total at £297  in your WS draft,  I dont think an in house claim would be £297 ! More like £210

What were the price breakdown details on the claim form  ?

This was a fee of an older case i had that was dismissed with Gladstone's solicitors.
I've included the fact that the fee went from £100 to £120 and that there were no debt recovery fees added - is this because it's in house?
The breakdown: PCN £205.
£50 Solicitor Cost
£35 Court Claim
£20 additional fee
£100 ticket

I don't look back at older pages searching (sorry, no time to do that). The £25 is added 'because they can' - only they can't.

Obviously this is fully covered on lots of threads you could have read. No time now because you've gone off-piste and missed your WS deadline.

Just get it done and add the point about the £25. It's in lots of WS but there's no time to go into this now. Include it though,

Hello All,

thanks for the help prior. I received just today a second witness statement from parking eye 2 days before hearing date of their points to refute my defence, is this even allowed? 

They make some points arguing the signs are ok even though they don’t even have lights and the fine print shown in previous photos are illegible. 

I’m a bit nervous for my first trial how should I go about this? I still stand firm on the fact the sign is easy to misread especially in the dark and that the attendant told me the timing of my parking would start when I came back not knowing this wasn’t true.
