I'd go for a bank transfer over PayPal if I were the seller
I used paypal and evri tracked and all was fine.

G and S can be subject to a claim for INR or SNAD but seller can defend the INR with proof of delivery assuming they sent item within the seller protection rules.
Both G+S and F+F can be chargebacked in cases of fraud if buyer gets their bank involved and if bank agrees with the claim. The difference is that G and S can defend a claim for fraud with proof of postage, sometimes you do need to be firm with paypal and explain their rules to them, but I have successfully defended all my charge backs with g and s (only about 4 in thousands and thousands of sales) .
The problem is that F+F has no 'goods' attached, it's just a payment so buyer has a more difficult claim with the bank as they would need to show an intention to defraud and to allow the banks to persuade paypal of the same. They cannot merely claim for an INR or SNAD and chargeback from the bank on that basis. So in the unlikely event a chargeback is made, and I think we've seen 2 mentions of it on here over the last decade, a seller cannot defend the claim at all.The chances of a successful claim for fraud on a personal payment that a buyer has made willingly and which paypal have warned is not recoverable is extremely rare - virtually unheard of as banks rarely ever allow them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
