Home Energy.
Has anyone any information on the above company. I am thinking of changing energy to them as on the Cheap Energy Clubs website it is £184 cheaper per annum for me.You need to look at all suppliers on the CEC website to get comparisons not what they can switch you to.

How does their price per kWh and s/c compare to your current supplier and others being compared? Is this gas and/or electric?1

Are the units consumed based on your own figures or ones given by your present supplier.
£184 is quite a margin.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
I haven't checked the yearly rate but the units are pennies cheaper and standing chare very slightly cheaper. The comparison were for dual fuel.0

Forgot to say there is no exit charge so nothing to loose. Very tempting.0

Make sure you do a proper comparison with your actual kWh usage.
£184 lower indicates you're a fairly high energy user. If not, then something might be amiss, but it depends if "pennies cheaper" means 1p per dual-fuel, or 3p per dual-fuel.1 -
Did you find out if they are a reputable supplier? I’m thinking of switching to them too.0

I've switched to Home Energy recently, but I'm finding their email support somewhat lacking. How quickly have people found Home Energy respond to their emails? I've yet to receive a reply to one I sent last week.0

I have been with them for the past few months and yes their email support is very slow, I had a problem with my new smart meter not updating and Home Energy thinking I was on an old meter but once that got sorted everything has been fine since.1

I did attempt to switch to Home Energy as it was the cheapest electricity available for me. The gas was next to no different price wise to what I was paying before.Could I get signed up? Could I heck.It wanted me to verify my email address, which is fine, then decided there was an unexpected error at the end of the form and lost everything. I went round and round a few times and couldn't go any further, ultimately ending up with about four OTP codes. Then I decided sod this this is obviously trying to tell me something so I signed up with Fuse instead.0
