No….I didn’t miss it the webpage has changed & notice at the top claiming they are not a USGOV department wasn’t there.
As I  said in the previous thread I was charged $97 x 4  this is what showed on my live online statement when I contacted them it changed to $21 on the online statement, my bank is awear & are trying to get me a refund.

when I paid there was no information that I’d be paying $97 per ESTA  or I would not of paid it hence the tittle SCAMMED.

    Even more confused now

You say your online statement was $97 x 4, is this at your bank or the "scam" website

    You contacted them.

You say it now shows $21 (presumably x 4), where ?

What exactly has been charged to your credit card?

Have you received the 4 ESTAs?

Ok on my online bank statement when I paid for the ESTAs I was charged $97x4

I contacted US immigration support three days later US Immigration support changed the amount on my online bank statement From $97x4 to $21x4 with no refund.

yes I have the ESTAs I have checked & they are valid.

    But I’m still $307 short

US Immigration support owe me $307
they have no warning in there website.

    What ?

    Still confused.

    You were charged $388

That was then amended to $84

That must mean the $388 has been removed and all you have paid is the correct amount.

Post a redacted screenshot of your CC account.

    I really can't understand how a company have changed a debit from 4 x $97 to 4 x $21 on a bank statement but the OP hasn't had a refund.

Nor can I this is why my bank the NatWest is handling my claim at the moment.
your chosen words are the definition of the way in which I have been scammed  understanding of what has happened.

when others get scammed & walk away with one’s money the objective of there intention  has been successful to steal money from individuals making the victim total confused.

    None of this makes sense.

If it shows 4 x $21 payments on your bank statement, that's the amount that has been taken.

Or, are you saying that the totals on your statement don't add up, which I would find VERY unlikely.

'US Immigration support changed the amount on my online bank statement From $97x4 to $21x4 with no refund'

No company can unilaterally change what's shown on your bank statement. If $21x4 is on your statement, that's what you've been charged.

As has been said, post a redacted screenshot of your bank statement if you still think it's wrong.

  • sounds like they "reserved" the 97 per transaction, and then when it cleared it was the 21.

I get this when I use EV charging points - they reserve an amount, and then it adjusts to the actual amount later on.
  • I stupidly used visafee.com and was charged £78 instead of £17.70.
Top of goggles list but marked ' sponsored'
I sent a strongly worded (though polite) e-mail accusing them of fraud and demanding an immediate refund, and the correct amount, £17.70 has now been debited
    Google is guilty!

Didn't the website have a prominent disclaimer saying they weren't affiliated to the official US website?
