I brought four ESTAs via US immigration support, the cost of a ESTA $21 charged $97 per ESTA.
I contacted them they three days later changed the amount they debited from my bank account to the correct amount but did Not refund even though they said they would in a email.
contacted NatWest they have up to know have not had any success, any updates I will post, be careful out there.

Did you not use the official site?

Did you inadvertently go to a third party website?

    That's rather confusing.

How did they change the amount debited when you had already paid?

What is actually showing on your account?

It might be a “scam” but it’s certainly not the official US government ESTA site that is doing it! What is the address of the site you used?

i now know the correct address thought it was the correct place to visit at the time, have checked my ESTAs not sure how they changed the bank details but NatWest does & no it’s not the official US Gov site a very common issue that has happened loads have done it so I’ve read.

There are lots of companies out there offering visas etc but charging much more then the official websites.
It used to happen with passport applications and EHIC (now GHIC).

    What website did you use?

    OK.
It clearly says on the home page right at the top

U.S. Immigration Support is an information website not affiliated with the United States government. We do not provide legal services.

@Aries70 I expect that disclaimer has always been there but you just missed it.

Once again, what does your credit card statement show you have been charged right now?
