In the meantime I checked my Experian Credit Score went from perfect 999 to now 547.
Terrible. Hope I can sort this mess out and get it back up as soon as possible.0 -
if it was, it adds to your evidence. Ask for an emailed copy of the letter that the CNBC sent to the solicitor telling them to re-serve the claim.
Do that this week. Phone the CNBC at 8.30am sharp tomorrow. Whilst on the phone ask for the DATE OF ISSUE of the claim form and a copy of the POC by email too (NB: do not ask for "a copy of the claim form" as they can't do that).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just got off the phone with CNBC. They sent me this email with the POC:
Particulars of claim: THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WITH REGISTRATION XXXXXX (THE 'VEHICLE') PARKED IN BREACH OF THE TERMS OF PARKING STIPULATED ON THE SIGNAGE (THE 'CONTRACT') AT WHITBREAD COLLEGESTREET - 15 AND 17 THE DRAPERY AND 16 18 AND 20 COLLEGE STREET NORTHAMPTON NN1 2ET, ON 13/08/2020, 06/08/2020, 05/03/2020, THUS INCURRING THE PARKING CHARGES (THE 'PCN'S'). THE PCN'S WERE NOT PAID WITHIN 28 DAYS OF ISSUE. THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS THE UNPAID PCN'S FROM THE DEFENDANT AS THE DRIVER/KEEPER OF THE VEHICLE. DESPITE DEMANDS BEING MADE, THE DEFENDANT HAS FAILED TO SETTLE THEIR OUTSTANDING LIABILITY. THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS £100 PER PCN, £70.00 PER PCN CONTRACTUAL COSTS PURSUANT TO THE CONTRACT AND PCN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH STATUTORY INTEREST OF £149.27 PURSUANT TO S69 OF THE COUNTY COURTS ACT 1984 AT 8.00% PER ANNUM, CONTINUING AT £0.11 PER DAY.

@Coupon-mad
I also just recieved an email from the Claimants solictors (Gladstones):''Dear XXXXXXXX
We write further to your recent contact with our office pertaining to Court number XXXXXXX.
We are sorry to hear you wish to raise concerns regarding the personal data held by our firm, specifically your address. We note you refer to a letter sent to you, by our firm, dated 22 May 2023. We wish to draw your attention to the references endorsed on that letter. These were the matters in our firm's possession, at the time of the rectification of your address.
For completeness, our firm was not in possession of the matter under reference XXXXXXX (their own reference of the new claim), at that time. Therefore, our firm upheld our obligations under the GDPR.
Since receipt of your correspondence of 15 April 2024, our firm has now also taken the opportunity to update our system, to hold your current residential address, in respect of the matter under XXXXXX (their own reference of the new claim)
Further, we confirm a member of our Legal Department will contact you in order to facilitate the removal of the judgment entered against you and reset the claim to the beginning. In doing so, you will be afforded the opportunity to defend the matter in the Court arena. We trust this clarifies our position.
Kind regards
Director of Client & Business Relations''
This is such a joke. I told NPM and Gladstones last year SPECIFICALLY to update my new address and erase my previous address data from their SYSTEMS.
They knew very well I moved. It is just an excuse ''oh this claim is different reference number therefore we can send it to your old address''
Ridiculous.

Exactly.
in your phone call, did you ask the CNBC if the claim form was also returned by the people at the old address? If it was, you need a copy of the letter the CNBC sent to Gladstones.
This is good though:
"Further, we confirm a member of our Legal Department will contact you in order to facilitate the removal of the judgment entered against you and reset the claim to the beginning."
Good. Let's see what they say. Maybe they will play ball and not expect you to pay a court fee.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Guess we have to wait and see now. Would save both of us time/money if they set the judgement aside with the court and reset the claim. They should know very well that if I file a N244 and get it set aside in court they will have to pay the £275 and other costs.

It has been over 3 weeks and I still have not recieved anything from Gladstones/NPM regarding the removal of the CCJ which they said they will remove and reset the claim.
I just sent them another email reminding them.2 -
Just got an email back from Gladstones/NPM today and they told me to sign this and return it. Seems good.
What do you think @Coupon-mad
