Lisa transfer question

Hi, my moneybox 12 month bonus rate will end in augest.
Can I carry on paying into it up until then and then transfer it to a new provider to get a better rate in Sam tax year.
Worried about the rule that you can only pay into 1 Lisa each tax year.
Thanks

It's fine to continue to fund the account, then transfer it (via the new provider's ISA transfer process) and then to continue to fund it thereafter, up to the £4K annual maximum - when transferring ISAs, the net effect is as if you'd paid into the new account all along.D124578 said:Hi, my moneybox 12 month bonus rate will end in augest. Can I carry on paying into it up until then and then transfer it to a new provider to get a better rate in Sam tax year.Worried about the rule that you can only pay into 1 Lisa each tax year.Thanks1
