Has anyone else received a goodwill payment from Volkswagen or any other company?

We received a letter for £200 goodwill payment but I don’t want it to go against me if I accept it as we are hoping for a discretionary commission interest refund as ours was over 11% interest.

Anyone accepted the money?

It also says in the letter that this payment is not related to any other claim or complaint that you may have

I've just received an email from goodwill Volkswagen too, it doesn't tell me how much and I haven't received a letter in the post. I was told in March 24 that a discretionary commission arrangement was not used on my agreement. Not sure if this is a scam
