Customer Rights Refund/Replacement

Wilko’s refusing to acknowledge they are at fault.
They agreed to replace the full items, although they refused to deliver on a days I was available annd would only deliver on a Mon or Fri. At his was inconvenient but I made time with my boss so I could accept the delivery The 3rd party supplier came on the 18th March but only brought the Shed. Someone at the supplier had altered the printed delivery note to say only deliver the shed.
The nightmare continued. Because of the massive price rise from £655 to over £1000 I still wanted the exchange as to buy the same item was going to be considerable more. I ask the company if they would deliver on a convenient date again they refused and said I’d have to take time off work. I asked if they would reimburse me and they went completely silent. They have now left it to the 3rd party supplier to arrange the delivery and refuse to engage with me at all.
I had to take time out again to accept the delivery on the 19th April. Guess What. They only turned up with the Shed again after the 3rd party supplier promised me in a email it would be a full exchange of the summerhouse and side shed.
The Company still refuse to answer my emails they have also said they don’t do inbound and outbound calls, so email is all I have. They are leaving it up to the 3rd party company to sort out.

The 3rd party company are now refusing to exchange and will only pick up the damaged summerhouse due to me contacting the credit card as I was getting nowhere with getting the items. They are saying they can not exchange as the credit card company are involved. The thing is my contract is with Wilko’s not the 3rd Party.
Once this has been picked up and refund issued does anyone know if I will be able to claim for loss of time and claim the money I would now have to pay extra for the summerhouse shed due to the price rise.

Wilko’s have been awful throughout and refuse to answer emails.

By involving the credit card company you are therefore requesting a refund, not an exchange so cannot claim the increase in cost.
As you agreed to those delivery times then you won't be able to claim for that either.
Just get the full refund, tell them to collect any items at a convenient time to you, then buy from elsewhere.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1
