No Virgin Email access this morning

anyone know what's going on with Virgin today I tried to log into it and I can get online OK but as soon as I try to access my Virgin email account it just whizzes a download to the top right hand corner of my screen, and when I click on its just blank so I cannot access my emails at all which is a nuisance as I'm in the middle of selling my house .
How do I get access to my Virgin media email account as when I go on to try and do it a box comes up with my email address then asks me if I consent to them and I click on yes and it just says is authenticating it and has a lateral figure 8 going round and round and nothing else I watched this authentication on my laptop screen for 10 minutes
Has the emails gone down or is it just me not hitting the right buttons My techy grandson is not home this weekend so I haven't a clue what to do

Get rid, move to Gmail. I am amazed anyone still uses VM email. Meanwhile I hope it has come back upOld enough to know better...........0
