    Surely you gave it a heading including the claim number and the fact that your defence was attached?

    I put my claim number and the word defence in the heading but i didn't say that the defence was attached.

    Hi, I've received the directions questionnaire.
    Do I choose a paper hearing as it will be difficult for me to have a f2f? I know it's not advised
    but I can't see a section to request a telephone hearing.

    As you know it is unwise to have the matter determined 'on the papers', I am not sure what answer you might be expecting?

    Wherever you can squeeze it in, really, AND in the covering email - and definitely explain why access to a f2f hearing would be almost impossible for you.  If it's due to illness, disability or being a carer then say so!  The court service must be reasonable for you.

    DO NOT accept a paper hearing.
