Typical letter midway through a court claim, ignore it and continue with the process and your to do tasks
Let a judge decide, not JB. (. it makes me think that Pep should have told Reuben to throw in the towel at 0 - 1, not very Sporting if he had done )

What Jake fails to tell you there is that they can't get that extra £220 in small claims.Judjules said:Hi I've got to do a witness statement for 14th November for my court date in February .Just received the following threating letter any advice would be much appreciated.Thank you

Good Luck, let us know when you win!0

I lost!! the other party's solicitor was ill prepared struggled with English, numerous times we had to leave court for him to review things, long story short I entered in to a contract by parking on their land and broke it by entering a major keying in error, ordered to pay £100 plus court costs. I was due in court on the Friday but got changed to Monday so I lost wages for Friday and Monday as well, so my advice is don't park in excel parking and if you do, try not to spend 10 mins reading all their signs then get fined for not paying within 5 mins or if like me you enter the reg wrong pay the £70 straight away. To all who gave advice thank you. Don't let my case deter you, you may win. These parking companies are diabolical especially when I paid to park.1

Scared me from shopping at M&SI drove into a car park in Huddersfield to do some shopping at M&S. Saw it was run by Excel so I didn't stop and headed out as quickly as possible. What a state this country is in when we are sh*t scared to go shopping. The government should ban ANPR in carparks, they are a disgrace.Date of experience: 30 January 20252 -
That's a bummer, it should have been £20 for a major keying error!2
