After searching for hours for a sim only deal, we eventually went with your advertised ID Mobile. We ordered three sims to change over from our current provider. After more than two weeks we had only received one sim. We complained via the rubbish chat box! We were assured that the other two sims are on their way. After another two weeks, nothing! We have now cancelled all three and are now looking for another provider again!Ps, ID Mobile also took £5 out of our account, even though we have no active service yet 😡0
